We are seeking friendly and confident Security Professionals to work at various healthcare facilities in Red Deer and surrounding areas, including hospitals, private clinics, long-term care facilities, and more. Our Healthcare managers collaborate with employees to find suitable positions and worksites that fit their lifestyles.
This position operates on a 7 on, 7 off rotation, alternating between days and nights (1 week of days, 1 week off, then 1 week of nights, followed by 1 week off).
Please Note: Travel may be required to locations such as Didsbury, Hanna, Two Hills, Drayton Valley, and Wetaskiwin.
On-call Security Guards are guaranteed a base rate during all on-call hours. This rate increases to the site-specific rate when called out to shifts, which occurs nearly daily. Mileage is compensated for travel exceeding 50 km one-way from the employee's base location.
Healthcare Security can be physically and emotionally demanding. Security Professionals provide support, empathy, customer service, and ensure public safety for healthcare staff, visitors, clients, and patients. The environments are dynamic, offering both enjoyable and challenging experiences. Our industry-leading Healthcare managers provide 24/7 support, focusing on proactive risk minimization and incident response with real-time guidance.
