Job summary

ParaMed Inc. is seeking a full-time Personal Support Worker (PSW) to assist patients in Nolalu, Rosslyn, Kakabeka Falls and Murillo, Ontario, delivering in-home care and community support. You will support daily living activities, meals, and companionship to enhance quality of life.

Valid PSW certificate is required. Driver license and vehicle access to travel across the service area are essential. Final salary aligns with company total rewards and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate.
• Ability to demonstrate compassion and care when interacting with patients.
• Reliability and flexibility.
• Driver license and access to a vehicle to travel to and from patient residences.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including skin, hair, and oral care along with bathing, toileting, & peri-care.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, including special diets, as determined by the care plan.
• Provide basic housekeeping tasks and companionship to help your patients enjoy a better quality of life.
