The role involves cleaning restrooms, offices and common areas, sanitizing surfaces, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance issues. No extensive supervision is required; physical stamina (lift up to 25 lbs) is important.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience in janitorial or cleaning services is a plus but not required.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Physical stamina to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, hallways, and common areas.
Sweep, mop, and disinfect hard-surfaced flooring.
Vacuum carpets in hallways and common areas; spot clean when necessary.
Empty waste receptacles and replace liners; clean interior/exterior.
Wash and wipe down doors, exits, and fire doors; replace lightbulbs as needed.
Restock washroom supplies and general provisions; log maintenance issues with supervisor.
