Full-Time Front Desk Associate - CityPlace

Position Details

Location: Myodetox - CityPlace (22 Capreol Ct, Toronto, ON)

Start Date: Targeted for May 26th, with an ideal start date of April 28th.

Hours: 30+ hours per week, with AM/PM availability, working 5 days a week.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service and hospitality to clients.
  • Introduce clients to our services with clear messaging via phone, walk-in, or written communication.
  • Manage and monitor the clinic schedule, including booking strategies and waitlist management.
  • Ensure all claims, invoices, and transactions are accurately submitted and filed.
  • Maintain detailed client notes for seamless service.
  • Keep the clinic organized and clean, including sanitization and equipment maintenance.
  • Assist with client follow-up, marketing, and business initiatives as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members for smooth shift transitions.
  • Share insights and feedback with the Operations Lead.
Qualifications
  • At least 1+ years of experience in customer service or hospitality.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 4 shifts per week (30+ hours).
  • Strong commitment to positive client interactions.
  • Well-maintained, presentable clinic environment.
  • Attention to detail and care for the workspace.
