Bailey Nelson in Vancouver is seeking an incredible Floor Leader to join our Kitsilano team. You will help maximize store sales by delivering an amazing guest experience and sharing our optical knowledge.

You will lead a passionate team, own store energy, and contribute to training and development while enjoying a generous benefits package and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience with increasing responsibility.

• You bring your previous customer experience with at least 2 years in retail with increasing responsibility.
