The Opportunity

We are currently seeking two Audiologist associates to join our growing team. This is a full-time clinical role for someone who values autonomy, professional integrity, and long-term patient care.

You’ll work in a supportive private practice setting where your ideas are welcomed, your expertise is respected, and your growth is encouraged.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments
  • Fit, dispense, and fine-tune hearing aids from a variety of manufacturers using best practices (e.g., REMs)
  • Fit and dispense hearing protection
  • Provide patient-centered counselling and education
  • Perform tinnitus consultations
  • Perform cerumen removal
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
  • Participate in clinical discussions and help foster a supportive, ethical team culture
  • Abide by all infection control, privacy, and confidentiality standards
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
  • Master’s degree or higher in Audiology from an accredited institution
  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC)
  • 1–3+ years of experience in private practice preferred, though not essential
  • New graduates with a supporting academic letter of reference attesting to their capability of meeting the requirements are welcome to apply
  • Experience with multiple hearing aid manufacturers and platforms
  • Certificate C in Cerumen Management (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Fluency in Cantonese is an asset, but not essential
  • Self-motivated, curious, and genuinely committed to patient well-being
  • Hearing aid repairs and cleanings for walk-ins
  • Valid BC Driver’s License
