Job summary

SKH Development Ltd. is seeking a Construction Worker to start at the earliest opportunity in Richmond, BC. This permanent, full-time role involves loading materials, erecting forms and scaffolding, and assisting in framing and roofing tasks at a 5271 Maple Road site.

The successful candidate will be fluent in English, with no formal education requirements and experience considered an asset. 30–40 hours per week at $35–$37 per hour is offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
• Assist in framing houses, erect walls, and build roofs.
• Level earth to fine-grade specifications.
• Assist in demolition of buildings.
• Clean and pile salvaged materials.
• Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
• Remove rubble and debris from construction sites.
• Direct traffic near construction sites.
