We’re seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager to lead the store in the mall. You’ll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and team development. Think of yourself as a combination of Harry Potter and Luke Skywalker — capable of handling anything while driving sales and building lasting customer relationships.

What You'll Do

• Assist your Store Manager in meeting sales and comparable sales goals.
• Help recruit, develop, and retain a passionate, collaborative team to operate the store.
• Create buzz and engage customers through promotions, social media, and services like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Provide operational leadership, balancing store operations, delegation, and customer-first selling.
• Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll, and staff schedules.
• Communicate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and customer feedback.
• Analyze sales reports and data to inform strategies to meet sales goals.
• Merchandise the store effectively, launching promotions on time and using planograms.
• Develop a high-performing, customer-focused team in partnership with your Store Manager.

What You'll Need

• 1-2 years of retail management experience; a love for music and pop culture is a plus!
• Proven success in leading teams, with skills in communication, recruiting, operations, and team development.
• Strong skills in communication, time management, professionalism, and operations, with a passion for developing others.
• High school diploma or GED; a degree is a bonus.
• Adaptability to the fast-changing retail environment.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
