We’re seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager to help lead the most energetic store in the mall. You will support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and team development. Think of yourself as a blend of Harry Potter and Luke Skywalker — capable of handling any challenge while driving sales and fostering strong customer relationships.

What You'll Do
  • Assist your Store Manager in meeting sales goals and targets.
  • Help recruit, develop, and retain a passionate, collaborative team to run your store.
  • Create excitement and engagement through promoting new products, utilizing social media, and offering benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
  • Lead operational excellence by balancing store operations, delegation, and customer-first selling practices.
  • Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and staff schedules.
  • Communicate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and customer feedback.
  • Analyze sales reports and data to inform strategies for reaching sales goals.
  • Merchandise the store effectively, following planograms and launching promotions on time.
  • Collaborate with your Store Manager to develop a high-performing, customer-focused team.
What You'll Need
