Job Description
Reporting to the Executive Director, Online & Professional Training, the incumbent plays a critical role in ensuring the overall effectiveness of the Office of the Executive Director by providing comprehensive, confidential, and executive-level administrative support. This position supports the seamless execution of daily operations and strategic initiatives related to online learning, open enrollment, and professional training programs.
The incumbent serves as a key liaison with senior internal and external stakeholders, exercising discretion, sound judgment, and a deep understanding of the College’s strategic priorities and academic frameworks. Operating in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, the position is central to the planning and coordination of departmental events, the preparation of high-level reports and committee materials, and the support of cross-functional initiatives.
Core responsibilities include managing the Executive Director’s calendar, coordinating and scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence, memos, minutes, and reports—often of a confidential or strategic nature. The incumbent also leads the coordination and logistical support of numerous departmental events annually and contributes to the development and submission of reports, business plans, and related materials to senior leadership and College committees. Additionally, this role supports the tracking of timelines, deliverables, and reporting requirements while providing operational and administrative support to the broader team as needed.
