Key Responsibilities

We seek a dedicated kitchen mentor who can lead by example and deliver excellent service and food. You should be a time-management star, capable of handling multiple demands, and enjoy working in a team. Evening and weekend availability is preferred.

What You Bring

  • Two to five years of culinary experience or equivalent
  • Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or similar
  • Red Seal certification is an asset
  • FoodSafe Certification is an asset
  • Strong understanding of meat, starches, sauces, soups, and food safety
  • Ability to lift items similar to a crate of potatoes and stand for long periods
  • Flexible hours and availability for special events
  • Ability to pass a background screening
