Key Responsibilities
We seek a dedicated kitchen mentor who leads by example and delivers exceptional service and food. You should be a time-management star, comfortable handling multiple demands, and enjoy working in a team. Night owls who prefer evenings and weekends are welcome.

What You Bring

• Two to five years of culinary experience or equivalent
• Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or similar
• Red Seal or equivalent certification is a plus
• FoodSafe certification is a plus
• Strong understanding of meat, starches, sauces, soups, and food safety
• Ability to lift items like crates of potatoes and stand for long periods
• Flexible hours and availability for special events
• Ability to pass background screening
