Full Stack Technical Lead – Java / Angular | Mississauga | Permanent

We’re working with a global leader in digital and business transformation to hire a Full Stack Technical Lead (Java / Angular) for a major initiative in their finance/legal ops portfolio.

If you've built microservices from scratch, led full application deliveries, or spearheaded cloud migrations (Azure)—this one’s for you.

The kind of experience we’re looking for:

• Strong backend engineering with Java (8+), Spring Boot, Hibernate
• Frontend expertise with Angular 2+ (React knowledge a bonus)
• Advanced SQL / PL/SQL skills and performance tuning
• Comfortable working in Linux/Unix environments with scripting (Shell, Python or Perl)
• Solid grasp of OOP, design patterns, component-based and layered architecture
• Exposure to batch/streaming applications is a nice bonus
• 6–10 years of hands-on full stack development experience

Proven track record of:

• Building microservices from scratch in enterprise environments (e.g., at RBC or similar)
• Leading system migrations to Azure Cloud
• Driving full SDLC delivery – from architecture to implementation
