Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a Full Stack Software Developer to engage in full-cycle software development, including translating technical specifications into functional, tested applications. The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable, accessible, and high-performance web applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and Oracle technologies. Responsibilities

• Develop, debug, and document code using Visual Studio 2017/2022, ensuring unit testing and performance tuning.
• Translate detailed system specifications into high-quality, tested applications using C# and .NET.
• Build and maintain reusable software components and ensure cross-browser compatibility for web apps.
• Design and enhance applications using Angular (v17), Bootstrap, TypeScript, and JavaScript libraries.
• Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
• Work with relational databases (Oracle 19c, PL/SQL) to create data-driven applications.
• Utilize Azure DevOps with GIT and YAML pipelines for version control and CI/CD workflows.
• Participate in knowledge transfer activities and support cross-functional teams as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Visual Studio (2017/2022), C# .NET (Framework 4.8 or later), and XML.
• Strong experience with Oracle databases, including PL/SQL programming and optimization.
• 5+ years of experience in front-end development using AngularJS, Angular v17, Bootstrap, HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript, and Material Design.
• Skilled in using Azure DevOps with GIT and YAML-based deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with application performance tuning, automated packaging, and deployment processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues without direct access to production servers.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, reusable component design, and unit testing.
• Working knowledge of Accessibility standards (AODA, WCAG AA) and regulatory compliance in software development.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills; experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
