Position Responsibilities:

  • •Develop and maintain clean, well-documented, and efficient code for mobile applications using React Native.

    •Directly guide and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance on their work and progress.

    • Be responsible for your work and the progress of your team, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

    •Work with technical product partners and other specialists to define technical requirements.

    • Collaborate with designers to curate an ideal user experience.

    •Craft and build scalable and secure mobile APIs.

    •Implement robust and efficient mobile data management solutions.

    • Solve and debug sophisticated technical issues within the mobile app environment.

    •Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality in mobile applications.

    •Pair program with other specialists on the team.

    •Stay up to date on the latest mobile development technologies and trends.

    •Use leading technologies such as GitHub Copilot to increase efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

    • Minimum 5+ years Full Stack Software Engineer experience with a focus on mobile application development

  • •Proficiency in React Native

    •Strong understanding of mobile app development principles

    •Excellent fixing and debugging skills with a collaborative approach to timely resolution and communication on after action

  • Mentoring experience

  • • Strong communication and collaboration skills

    •Ability to assess requirements and provide technical solutioning options and level of effort estimates

    •Continuous learning mentality and advocate for positive change

Preferred Qualifications:

Working Arrangement

Salary range is expected to be between

$75,880.00 CAD - $140,920.00 CAD
