Overview:

Join us as a Full Stack Software Engineer II on our fast-growing team working on voice analytics! Our team integrates with customer PBXs and CRMs to support multiple products. We are seeking a talented, motivated software engineer with experience in development, design, and testing.

You will:

• Build and maintain scalable web applications
• Deliver testable, maintainable, high-quality code
• Engage in technical design, implementation, testing, support, and peer code reviews
• Collaborate with multiple engineering and product teams
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed

You have:

• 4+ years of experience building successful production software systems
• 3+ years of programming in NodeJS/TypeScript
• 3+ years of experience with Microservices, RESTful APIs, and backend systems
• Experience with frontend frameworks like Vue or Angular
• Extensive experience with source code repositories (git), CI pipelines, cloud deployments, and package managers (npm)
• Strong knowledge of non-relational databases such as MongoDB and ElasticSearch
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Kafka, Redis
• Experience with GCP, Docker, Kubernetes
• Familiarity with package tools like Lerna and Yarn

The salary range is CAD 104,000 to CAD 128,000, with final compensation based on location, skills, experience, education, and certifications. LivePerson offers comprehensive benefits including health, time off, financial perks, family support, development resources, and wellness services.
