Job summary

ERCO Worldwide is seeking an Application Developer to join our Toronto team. The role focuses on full-stack development using Power Platform, Azure, SharePoint Online, and related technologies.

Reporting to the Application Development Team Lead, you will implement innovative business systems solutions and support ongoing operations. We require a Bachelor's degree in CS or related field and 3–6 years of software development plus 1–3 years Power Platform experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in software development and application support.
• Up to 2 years experience developing applications using React and/or C# .NET; N8N experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Azure.
• 1-3 years of Power Platform experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support full-stack business applications.
• Gather requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Services, SharePoint Online, and related technologies.
• Provide ongoing application support and troubleshoot production issues.
• Create and maintain technical and end-user documentation.
• Deliver user training and support successful adoption of new solutions.
• Manage competing priorities across multiple projects in an Agile environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously enhance existing applications and processes.
