Job summary

MaintainX, a leading mobile-first work execution platform, is seeking a software engineer to build features end-to-end for platform services. You will collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers to shape roadmaps and own a feature area or system’s health.

Our stack is TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MySQL, with some teams using C# or Python. You’ll join a team of 5–10 developers, participate in on-call rotation, and enjoy hybrid work with competitive pay, equity and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience building full-stack web or mobile products.
• Deep hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Experience with mobile-first, responsive, iterative development.
• A track record of writing maintainable, testable code.

Responsibilities

• Design APIs, tools and design system components for other engineers to reuse.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and engineers to shape roadmap.
• Own a feature area or system's long-term health: reliability and performance.
• Review code and mentor other developers on the team.
• Improve tooling, testing, and delivery practices.
