Job summary

Iris Software Inc. is hiring a Lead Salesforce Developer for a long-term contract in Mississauga, ON. The role is hybrid with four days in the office weekly.

The candidate will lead technical delivery, focus on FSC data model, and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and platform events. Strong leadership and unit testing discipline are essential; familiarity with GenAI tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years on Financial Services Cloud (FSC) data model, sharing and visibility.
• Insurance domain experience is highly preferred — policy lifecycle, claims, producer management, or similar.
• Hands on experience in CI/CD: SFDX, Git, and at least one of Flosum / Copado / Gearset.
• Proven integration experience: REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, idempotency, retry patterns.
• Experience leading technical delivery - setting standards, owning quality, mentoring developers.
• Strong unit testing discipline (meaningful assertions, not just coverage %)
• GenAI tools: Copilot, Claude, prompt engineering

Iris's client, one of the Top 5 Bank in Canada, is looking to hire a Lead Salesforce Developer for a long-term contract opportunity in Mississauga, ON (Hybrid Role).

Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid - 4 days in office/week)

Duration: Long Term Contract (Open ended SOW/ 12+ Months)

Must have:
