Please note: This is a 12-month contract position with potential to convert to permanent.
The Development Lead ensures that developers deliver quality solutions adhering to the standards set by the Development CoE. This individual often acts as the lead designer of the technical solution in collaboration with the solution architect. The Development Lead is involved in development activities and provides guidance to other developers. They are also a primary contact for the Development CoE.
Support developers in activities such as understanding requirements, testing, deployment, documentation, and collaboration. Mentor and guide team members in development activities.
