Job summary

Miratech Group is seeking a Full Stack Java Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable cloud-native applications powering Workforce Management, CX, and operational processes. You will use Java with Spring Boot for backend services and React with TypeScript for front-end UI, with Node.js where appropriate for supporting components.

The role requires hands-on experience across the stack, distributed systems, and modern deployment patterns, including CI/CD and observability tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience in production applications.
• Hands-on with Java and Spring, including Spring Boot, REST services, persistence, security, and automated testing.
• Frontend development with React/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, component-based design, state management and testing practices.
• Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills (PostgreSQL or similar).
• Experience deploying cloud-based and containerized applications.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of OAuth2/OpenID Connect/JWT and secure API design.
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ or equivalent messaging.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and observability tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
• Build modern web UIs with React/TypeScript and reusable components.
• Develop API-first integrations and maintain OpenAPI/Swagger contracts.
• Design maintainable microservices with appropriate patterns and data models.

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable cloud-native applications that power Workforce Management (WFM), Customer Experience (CX), and operational business processes. You will use Java and Spring Boot to develop scalable backend services, React with TypeScript to create responsive user experiences, and Node.js where appropriate for supporting components.
The role suits a hands‑on engineer with strong software development fundamentals who can take features from detailed technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support. Experience with Workforce Management (WFM), Customer Experience (CX), or contact center solutions is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and established software engineering practices.
• Build modern web applications using React, TypeScript, reusable components, responsive layouts, and accessible interaction patterns.
• Develop and consume REST APIs using an API-first approach; maintain clear OpenAPI/Swagger contracts and error handling.
• Contribute to the design of modular, maintainable solutions using microservices and appropriate object-oriented and event-driven design patterns.
• Use Node.js where appropriate for lightweight services, backend-for-frontend components, integrations, or development tooling.
• Contribute to the design and optimization of PostgreSQL data models and queries with attention to integrity, performance, and audit history.
• Implement and support reliable integrations with internal and external systems using REST APIs, webhooks, messaging, and other appropriate integration patterns.
• Containerize applications and contribute to cloud-based deployment patterns, configuration management, and environment consistency.
• Build and maintain Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, quality gates, and repeatable deployments.
• Instrument applications with structured logging, metrics, tracing, and actionable error reporting.
• Troubleshoot functional and production issues and improve application performance, resilience, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and other engineers through design sessions, code reviews, planning, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience, including contribution to production applications.
• Hands‑on experience with Java and Spring technologies, particularly Spring Boot, REST services, persistence, security, and automated testing.
• Frontend development experience with Angular or React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, component-based design, state management, and modern testing practices.
• Familiarity with Node.js for lightweight services, integrations, build tooling, or supporting components.
• Experience developing REST APIs, microservices and maintainable applications in distributed environments.
• Strong SQL skills and experience designing efficient data models in PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases.
• Experience developing, deploying, or supporting cloud-based and containerized applications.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce clear technical documentation and participate in client-facing workshops.
• Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, and secure API design.
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or comparable messaging and event-streaming technologies.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud platforms, observability tooling, and secure software delivery practices.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Workforce Management (WFM), Customer Experience (CX), contact center, or customer service solutions.
• Experience with AWS, Amazon Connect, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, Twilio, or similar communication technologies.
• Knowledge of workforce optimization and contact center operations, including forecasting, scheduling, routing, and adherence.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications with CRM, HR, identity, payroll, and analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude.
