Konrad is seeking a Full Stack Java Developer to join our AI-driven digital consultancy. You will build web applications using Java and Spring Boot, collaborating with a world-class team to deliver consumer and enterprise software.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience with modern web stacks, strong Java skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Flexible working hours and work-from-home options are available for a Toronto-based team.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience building modern production-grade web apps in a team environment.
• Strong Java programming skills with Spring Boot or Spring Cloud.
• Frontend experience with React or Angular or similar.
• Understand APIs, templating, routing, data storage, design patterns, optimization, caching, security.
• Proficiency with relational or NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Write maintainable, testable, and performant software with the team.
• Participate in code reviews and extensive testing to ensure high quality software.
• Research new technologies and share findings with the team.
