Pantheon is building the next generation of real-time, collaborative content infrastructure. As a Software Engineer II, you will contribute end-to-end features across backend, APIs, and frontend, shaping the product from the ground up.

Join a small, senior team that values craft and rapid iteration. You will have a voice in architectural decisions and collaborate with product and design to deliver reliable, scalable software.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Full-stack production experience on backend and frontend.
• Experience with REST, GraphQL, or webhooks.
• Cloud-native environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Strong JS/TS skills and at least one backend language.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Active involvement in AI in development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack features across backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces
• Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code with shared ownership of quality
• Contribute to technical design discussions and architectural decisions
• Collaborate with product and design to translate requirements into working software
• Integrate AI tooling into development workflow and product
• Participate in code review and maintain high engineering bar
• Learn and grow quickly in a fast-moving, early-stage team
