Full Stack Engineer - Systems and Integrations Developer

Reports To: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Purpose

This role is about building the systems, integrations, and automations that support customer success, onboarding, billing, and our core platform. You’ll work across teams to deliver solutions that scale, using generative AI and modern tools to move faster and smarter. Your work will directly impact our customers and the company’s ability to grow, and there’s also room for you to grow: into platform ownership, product leadership, or whatever challenge excites you next.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and Evolve the Backbone of Our Operations. You’ll take ownership of the systems that keep our business running: fulfillment, billing, number porting, and license management. These aren’t back-office afterthoughts, they’re what make it possible to deliver a seamless customer experience. You’ll shape how these systems scale as we grow, and how they connect to every other part of the business.
• Deliver Integrations That Unlock Customer and Partner Value. You’ll build and support the integrations that make our platform easier to adopt, easier to scale, and more valuable to customers and partners. These may include product-level integrations with partner platforms, workflow connections for customer environments, or systems that streamline billing and fulfillment. Your work will reduce friction, extend our reach, and help us meet the real-world needs of the people we serve.
• Contribute to a Mission-Critical Platform. You’ll get your hands into the engine room: our core faxing infrastructure. You’ll support improvements, fix pain points, and build the experience to take on deeper platform work over time. It’s the kind of legacy-meets-modern tech stack challenge that’s rare to find.
• Bridge Tech and Business. You’ll work directly with Customer Success and Product to understand real-world problems, then turn those into smart, scalable systems. You’ll need strong communication skills and a product-minded approach to analyze workflows, translate needs into code, and bring clarity to complex decisions.

Required Skills

• Strong software development background, ideally with experience in Python and TypeScript (preferably using Angular).
• Experience designing and working with APIs, building system integrations, and maintaining production services.
• Comfortable with debugging, performance tuning, and technical documentation.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) as part of your workflow: not just to write code, but to explore ideas, debug, document, and accelerate learning. Curious about how AI will reshape developer tools and practices.
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SaaS, telecom, or UCaaS environments.
• Experience building internal tools or writing scripts to automate workflows and reduce manual work.
• Experience with Java, C, or C++.
