Job summary

Iris Software Inc. is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and scale full-stack applications using React, Next.js, and Node.js.

You will implement microservices-based architectures and deploy containerized services on Kubernetes, while building robust APIs and managing MongoDB and Redis to ensure performance and reliability. You will collaborate with Product and Design teams, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior developers as part of a collaborative, Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building scalable full-stack applications.
• Strong experience with React/Next.js frontend and Node.js backend.
• Proficient in designing APIs, microservices, and containerized deployments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable full-stack applications using React, Next.js, Node.js.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues while improving system reliability and performance.

• Participate in architecture discussions, documentation, DevOps initiatives, CI/CD processes, and continuous improvement efforts.
