Sidian Inc. is building the company brain for engineering firms. As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will own product development across the stack with a primary focus on backend architecture and agent orchestration.

This is a full-time, hybrid role in Waterloo, Ontario. You will contribute across Python/TypeScript services, APIs, databases, and integrations, bringing strong backend skills and hands-on experience with LangChain and related LLM tooling.

Formación

• 1–3 years shipping production software, primarily as a backend engineer.
• Strong TypeScript and Python, practical React, and sound software fundamentals.
• Production experience with APIs, SQL, cloud infrastructure, background jobs, testing, and observability.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, tool calling, or similar LLM systems.
• Evidence of initiative through a startup, product, open-source project, or independent production build.
• High agency, urgency, and ownership. AEC experience is not required.

Responsabilidades
