Job summary

Randstad Digital is seeking a contract engineer to build and support GenAI-enabled applications and integrations that streamline product delivery workflows. You will collaborate with Product, BA, UX, Engineering, and Quality teams to design scalable solutions and integrate AI tools into existing platforms.

The role emphasizes adherence to CI/CD, devops practices, and continuous improvement while evaluating new technologies for business value and fit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years of experience building full stack applications.
• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and modern UI frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience designing and developing scalable web applications and services.
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-native development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, system design, and software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience evaluating or integrating AI-powered development tools is a plus.
• Financial services experience preferred.
