Job description

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join Arwin, a fast growing 6-person seed stage startup founded by two technical founders (ex-Waymo / Anduril / Google). Arwin is automating RFIs, RFPs, and grants to help businesses simplify their funding process.

You’ll be given full autonomy to make key architectural decisions and to continue building out our initial platform. You will work closely with the rest of the engineering team & gain exposure to all parts of the business (sales, business development, AI research).

Our team is fully remote, with team members based in San Francisco / Toronto / Eastern Europe. We are open to applications from all over the world.

Key Responsibilities:

— Develop and maintain web applications (Sveltekit).

— Work on backend systems and services (Python).

— Collaborate with a small, fast-moving team to deliver features quickly.

— Take ownership of projects and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required Qualifications:

— Proficiency in web frameworks; we use Svelte, but React is also a plus

— Comfortable with building databases in PostgreSQL and creating APIs using Python

— Ability to independently pick up new technologies & build from scratch

Preferred Qualifications:

— 2-5 years of full-stack development experience.

— Previous experience at a startup
