Job summary

Xsolla is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to join the Engineering team. You will contribute to end-to-end solutions, build responsive React frontends, and develop backend services in Go within a microservices and containerized environment.

You’ll work on scalable architecture patterns, performance optimization, and reliability across both frontend and backend systems, in the context of gaming, payments, and digital commerce ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of full-stack development experience.
• Proficiency in React and modern frontend development practices.
• Backend experience in Go or a similar language.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and event-based communication patterns.
• Exposure to container orchestration and cloud infrastructure (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
• Basic understanding of observability, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Ability to assist in troubleshooting production issues and analyzing system behavior.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with Redis or other in-memory data stores.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Exposure to ClickHouse, Postgres, or other analytical/OLAP/OLTP databases.
• Any experience working on internal platforms or developer-facing tools.

$90,000 - $115,000 a year
