Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking an experienced full-stack developer to lead Java/Spring Boot and Angular-based web applications in a fast-paced, agile environment.

You will design scalable APIs, ensure security, drive CI/CD pipelines, mentor developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while delivering high-quality software for Wealth Management or Financial Services domains.

Qualifications

• Full-stack development with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on with Java 17 and Microservices, BFF, API development.
• Experience designing scalable, secure web apps.
• Experience with Angular v16+, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, responsive UI.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, code quality tools.
• Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, reviews, production support.
• Troubleshooting, performance tuning, production issue resolution.
• Experience with Git, Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, Maven/Gradle, SonarQube.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
• Build scalable, secure APIs and back-end services.
• Collaborate in Agile teams and participate in code reviews.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.

Job Description:

• Experience in full-stack application development using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Java 17, Spring Boot, Microservices, BFF (Backend for Frontend), and API development.
• Experience designing and developing scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
• Experience with Angular (v16+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI development.
• Expertise in REST API design, integration, and security implementation.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), design patterns, coding standards, and best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, code quality tools, and automated deployments.
• Hands‑on experience with unit testing, integration testing, code coverage, and security vulnerability remediation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including sprint planning, estimation, code reviews, and production support.
• Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production issue resolution skills.
• Experience with Git, Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, Maven/Gradle, and SonarQube.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies is preferred.
• Experience in Wealth Management, Brokerage, or Financial Services domain is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring developers and driving technical solutions.

Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
