Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking a Full Stack Developer for Wealth Management to design, develop, and maintain scalable banking applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular on Azure.

You will work with business analysts, architects, and QA to deliver secure, compliant software in an Agile environment, mentor junior teammates, and help drive cloud-native solutions and REST APIs. Experience in microservices, RDBMS/NoSQL, and monitoring tools is preferred, with banking domain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant Java/Cloud/DevOps certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Angular.
• Work on microservices architecture and REST APIs for banking solutions.
• Implement cloud-native applications on Azure with App Services, Key Vault, and DevOps pipelines.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Ensure adherence to secure coding standards and banking regulatory requirements.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance of deployed apps.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills, Experience & Key Responsibilities

• Strong expertise in Java Full Stack Development, Angular, and cloud-native solutions on Azure.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
• Work on microservices architecture and REST APIs for banking solutions.
• Implement cloud-native applications on Azure, leveraging App Services, Key Vault, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Ensure adherence to secure coding standards and banking regulatory requirements.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of deployed applications.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to the banking/financial services domain.
• Knowledge of RDBMS, including DB2 and SQL Server, and NoSQL databases, including Cosmos DB and MongoDB.
• Understanding of secure coding practices and regulatory standards such as PCI DSS and GDPR.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, Azure App Insights, Splunk, and ELK.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Java, Cloud, or DevOps are a plus.

Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year
