Role Overview :

We are seeking an exceptional Full Stack+ Developer & Tech Lead who will not only contribute directly through coding (85% of the role) but also lead our existing development team toward significantly higher performance standards (15%). We expect this hire to set the bar for quality, speed, and innovation, actively mentoring and lifting team members to match these standards. This role requires deep engagement across our entire technology stack, from web applications and internal tooling to hardware integration and real-time analytics.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the senior technical resource across our entire software stack (frontend, backend, mobile, database, cloud infrastructure, etc.).

Develop, deploy, and scale robust software solutions across front-end, back-end, mobile platforms, and internal tools at an exceptional level of quality and speed.

Lead by example through making strategic architectural decisions in close collaboration with the CTO.

Provide technical mentorship, conduct detailed code reviews, and champion continuous improvement within the team.

Ensure seamless integration and high reliability across software, hardware, and analytics systems, solving complex technical challenges proactively.

Identify key issues independently and propose effective, impactful solutions that align with business objectives.

Internal Tools : ReTool, Python

Requirements :

Proven track record as a high-performance full-stack developer, demonstrating significant productivity above industry norms.

Extensive experience with React, NodeJS, TypeScript, and AWS infrastructure.

Strong ability to architect and rapidly implement scalable, distributed systems.

Demonstrated proficiency in complex, cross-platform integration (web, mobile, embedded).

Expertise in real-time analytics (Pinot), event streaming (Pulsar), and distributed coordination (Zookeeper).

Competency in reviewing and understanding embedded firmware code and development environments.

Excellent communication and mentoring skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical strategies.

Preferred (Not Required) :

Experience or strong interest in IoT, manufacturing, automation, or robotics.

Advanced understanding of data privacy, security, and GDPR.

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive salary : $160,000–$200,000, commensurate with exceptional performance
