Boréalis is seeking a Full Stack Developer to advance our SaaS platform, collaborating across a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-performing, scalable solutions. You will contribute to new features, code quality, and innovative improvements, including AI-assisted development.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position with 100% remote work, a 37.5-hour week, and an international, collaborative team environment. Relevant experience with Node.js, React, and modern tooling is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and React.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who is eager to grow in a collaborative environment where ideas are valued and every team member actively contributes to the evolution of our product.

Your Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our SaaS platform. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to design and deliver high-performing, scalable solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Role Type

This is a backfill position.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is CAD $65,000–$100,000. This range reflects the base salary only and does not include any other compensation components. Final offers are determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.

Requirements

• Education in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in software development.
• Excellent proficiency in Node.js and React.
• Experience with Git and software development best practices.
• Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written.
• Experience with the following technologies is an asset: TypeScript, Docker, AWS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, GitLab, Mocha, Puppeteer, Jest, ESLint, and Cursor.
