Overview

LEVATE Inc. is hiring a results-driven Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience in .NET, Azure, SQL, and REST APIs to work directly with our team for a leading Canadian FINTECH company. If youre passionate about building secure, scalable, and high-performance applications and want to be part of a collaborative, global team this role is for you. Youll contribute to innovative financial technology projects that make a real impact, while growing your career in a remote-first environment.

Full Stack Development

• Build and maintain web apps using C#, .NET Core, and React (preferred)
• Write clean, testable code using OOP and SOLID principles
• Create RESTful APIs and backend services for integrations
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot .NET applications

Database & Azure Integration

• Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and schemas (SQL Server / Azure SQL)
• Work with Azure services (App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vaults)
• Use Azure DevOps for CI / CD, version control, and deployments

Agile & DevOps Collaboration

• Work with QA, DevOps, and Product teams in Agile / Scrum
• Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Contribute to CI / CD pipelines and automation efforts

Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Take part in code reviews and peer programming
• Identify and fix performance bottlenecks
• Promote test-driven development and engineering best practices
• 5+ years as a Full Stack Developer with strong backend expertise in C# and .NET Core
• Solid experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Strong SQL Server skills (queries, optimization, schema design)
• Experience with Azure PaaS services (App Services, Functions, DevOps)
• Knowledge of secure coding practices, authentication / authorization
• Familiar with CI / CD workflows and Git
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• React or other modern front-end frameworks
• Docker / Kubernetes experience
• AI-powered service integrations
• Performance / load testing with JMeter, LoadRunner, or Azure Load Testing
