Job summary

Source Code is seeking an Intermediate/Int. Full Stack Developer for a 7-month contract in Edmonton. The role focuses on designing and implementing software with iterative development, collaborating with Agile teams, and delivering features end-to-end.

The candidate should have 2 years of experience with OpenText Content Server integrations, .NET, and Visual Studio, plus strong problem-solving skills. Remote work with onsite meetings is available.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with integration of OpenText Content Server including OpenText API; Rest API; Webservices
• 2 years of experience with OpenText Content Server and related components, including system configuration and uptime maintenance
• 2 years of experience as an Application Developer in a large enterprise IT environment utilizing .NET, Microsoft Visual Studio, and source control tools

Responsibilities

• Collaborates in a team environment to improve services.
• Participates in project activities, including field work and user research.
• Leads the technical piece of the solution with teams and stakeholders.
• Backlog estimation and commitment for predictable delivery of features.
• Identifies technical tasks for backlog such as refactoring, technical investigation, and tool improvement.
• Designs and implements digital services, shared components and integrations.
• Works with designers to tailor solutions based on user feedback and usability testing.
• Ensures quality with a steady pace of feature delivery.
• Applies best practices such as unit testing, test coverage, linting, and code reviews.
• Uses source control and documentation for long-term maintainability.
• Supports CI/CD adoption for rapid delivery.
