DESCRIPTION :

You will lead the development of scalable and efficient B2C healthcare applications using .NET microservices, C#, Angular, TypeScript, and Vue.js, while mentoring a team of developers.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with 2+ years in a leadership role .
• Strong understanding of SQL Server and MongoDB (preferred).
• Experience with Azure DevOps (CI / CD pipelines, cloud deployments).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools ( JIRA, Confluence, Miro ).
• Leadership : Proven ability to guide 5+ developers, enforce best practices, and drive technical decisions.
• Montreal residency mandatory (hybrid compliance : 2 days / week in-office).
• Bilingual (English / French) preferred but not required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating across teams (Product, QA, Mobile).
