Full-Stack Engineer | AI-Driven Fintech Infrastructure | Remote | Flexible | High-Impact Role | Early-Stage Team

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and continuously improve software using modern cloud-native infrastructure (AWS)
• Build and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript, NestJS, and React
• Architect and scale distributed systems supporting AI-powered identity workflows
• Own projects end-to-end, managing priorities, timelines, and deliverables with autonomy
• Propose and implement technical solutions to address workflow and data quality challenges
• Work with MongoDB and other structured / unstructured data sources to enable advanced document processing
• Conduct code reviews, share knowledge, and mentor team members to grow a collaborative engineering culture

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

4+ years of professional software development experience

Strong proficiency in TypeScript

Experience with NestJS and building modular / microservice architectures

Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB)

Proven ability to build highly available, scalable distributed systems

Familiarity with 24 / 7 production environments and real-time systems

Bonus : knowledge of graph theory or algorithmic problem solving

Passion for quality, ownership, and autonomy in a fast-moving environment

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely
