AirMetal is looking for a Full Stack Developer to help build a web platform that provides access to a tactical drone simulator and its training material. The first release is planned for September 2026, with a substantial roadmap beyond the initial launch.
You will work directly alongside our technical lead and contribute to decisions about the architecture, data model, and security approach. We expect you to bring forward your own proposals, question assumptions, and speak up when you see a better solution. You will then help build the agreed approach across the frontend, backend, database, and deployment environment.
This role is a strong fit for a student or independent developer who wants to write a meaningful amount of code on a real production system, contribute to how the system is designed, and see their work reach users quickly.

Compensation: $25.00-$35.00 CAD per hour, based on experience and fit for the role.
