Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience building full-stack web or mobile products.
• Deep hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Experience with mobile-first, responsive, iterative development.
• A track record of writing maintainable, testable code you're comfortable handing off to someone else.
• Strong written and verbal communication: explain technical tradeoffs clearly.
• Comfort progressing before the spec is fully settled, and adjusting as you learn more.
• Day-to-day use of AI tools in your development workflow.
• Nice to have: GraphQL, React Native, or SQL database experience.

The Role

This is our single hiring pipeline for Full-Stack Developers across our product and platform teams. On the product side, that could mean Asset Lifecycle, Global Feature, Reporting, Preventive Maintenance, or Planner: the systems behind work orders, assets, and scheduling that customers touch daily. On the platform side, it could mean Backend Framework, Search or API Platform: the shared services and infrastructure the product teams build on.

Our core stack is TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MySQL. Some teams use C# or Python. You don't need to already know every piece of it to apply. You'll land on a team of 5 to 10 people and take on-call rotation as part of the role. Within your first 6 months, you'll own a feature area or system outright.

Where We Work

We don't have a minimum in-office mandate, but we prefer our teams to be located around our office hubs. In Canada this includes: Montreal and Toronto.

We place you based on your background, what comes up in your interviews (technical screen plus a team-fit conversation), and where the openings are at the time. We’re Looking For
