We are looking for a full time Full Stack Developer to join our Chatter team. Chatter Research is a cutting-edge B2B Customer Insight and Customer Engagement Software as a Service (SaaS) that specializes in free text conversation analysis. This position reports to the Team and Project Manager in Software Development – Chatter Research.

Your day-to-day

• Build our new online reputation management platform based on google reviews leveraging the latest Large Language Models, primarily using Next.js, TypeScript, Python and Django
• Participate in product and software architecture discussions to build a responsive and easy-to-use web application
• Evolve, maintain, and support our existing platform written in Ruby on Rails
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer sciences or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented software design principles
• Knowledge of Python (or the desire to learn!)
• Experience with relational databases
• Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Interest in artificial intelligence and its applications
• Excellent communication in English and French and teamwork abilities
• Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
  
  

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with APIs from the foundational models (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.) and LangChain
• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails is a plus
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
