Description

We are looking for a passionate, inquisitive, and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, maintain, and enhance various business software applications. The successful candidate should be a strong team player, capable of working independently or collaboratively within a project team. They should also effectively engage with internal customers to capture requirements and troubleshoot issues related to development or support. This position is based fully onsite at our Mississauga, ON office.

Compensation : $80,000 - $85,000

Job Responsibilities

  1. Design Windows and web software applications following best practices, object-oriented, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
  2. Develop and write high-quality code that meets customer requirements.
  3. Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects.
  4. Communicate ideas and technical suggestions to project team members and clients, in both verbal and written formats.
  5. Collaborate with project team members on inter-related deliverables.
  6. Take responsibility for major technical deliverables, ensuring quality, accuracy, and punctuality.
  7. Use strong analytical skills to analyze technical specifications and troubleshoot deployment issues.
  8. Create technical specifications and document all projects using established standards.
  9. Track bugs and stories using Jira and ServiceNow.
  10. Support multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  11. Develop skills in new technologies.
  12. Identify potential solutions and assess their technical and business suitability.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with .NET framework development.
  • Experience and knowledge in .NET Framework (C#, ASP.NET Core, Blazor).
  • Working experience in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, VUE Framework, React Framework, Web Services, Web API, SSRS.
  • Knowledge of SQL and MS SQL Development, MS Access.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Knowledge of MS Visual Studio and TFS.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems such as WIX, WordPress.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • College or University graduate.

Additional Skills

  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with ServiceNow development is a plus.
  • Performance tuning experience is a plus.
  • CI/CD skills such as Git, BitBucket, Crystal Reports, Jira, Azure DevOps are advantageous.
