Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, inquisitive, and detail oriented Full Stack Developer to join our growing team.The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, maintain and work on enhancing various business software applications. The successful incumbent should be a strong team player while also be capable of working independently or collaboratively within a project team, as required. When necessary, they should effectively engage with internal customers in capturing requirements as well as troubleshooting issues relating to development or support. This opportunity is based fully onsite at our Mississauga, ON office location.

Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000

Job Responsibilities

  • Design Windows and web software applications following best practice, object-oriented, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Develop and write high quality code that meets customer requirements.
  • Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects.
  • Communicate ideas and technical suggestions to project team members and clients, in both a verbal and written context.
  • Collaborate with inter-related deliverables with project team members.
  • Take responsibility for major technical deliverables and to ensure quality, accuracy and punctuality of the product.
  • Use strong analytical skills that can be applied to analyze technical specifications and troubleshoot deployment issues.
  • Create technical specifications and document all projects using given standards.
  • Track Bugs and Stories using Jira, and ServiceNow.
  • Maintain and support multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Investigate and develop skills in new technologies.
  • Identify options for potential solutions and assess them for technical and business suitability.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with .Net framework development
  • Must have experience and knowledge of in .NET Framework (C#, ASP.NET Core, Blazor)
  • Must have working experience in HTML5, CSS, Javascript, VUE Framework, React Framework, Web Services, Web API, SSRS
  • Knowledge of and/or experience in SQL and MS SQL Development, MS Access
  • Self-motivated and driven approach with strong result orientation
  • Knowledge of MS Visual Studioand TFS
  • Knowledge of Content Management System such as WIX, Wordpress etc.
  • Demonstrate strong Troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • College or University Graduate

Additional Skills:

  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Experience using ServiceNow development is a big plus
  • Performance tuning experience is a big plus
  • CI/CD skills such as Git Operations, BitBucket, Crystal Reports, Jira, Azure DevOps etc. is an added advantage
