What You'll Do

1. Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of new feature development for our Connected Health Platform.
2. Share your experiences as a technical leader, mentoring and shaping best practices around microservices and domain-driven design (DDD).
3. Solve challenging problems by providing creative solutions that promote continuous learning and skill refinement.
4. Shape the current and future product roadmap by leading discussions and aligning with key stakeholders.
5. Empower the team to write well-documented, optimized code through brainstorming sessions, collaborative tools, and code reviews.
6. Champion a culture of best practices to deliver high-quality, performant, and accessible web experiences for our customers and patients.
7. Help maintain production environments that are critical to our technology infrastructure.

Qualifications

Who You Are

1. 5+ years' experience in Typescript/JavaScript, React, HTML5, and/or CSS3.
2. 5+ years’ experience in ASP .NET Core, Node, Python, or Go.
3. Experience implementing microservices and inter-service communication pipelines.
4. Experience designing modern web APIs such as REST and/or gRPC.
5. Experience with continuous integration methodologies within an agile framework.
6. Proficient with code versioning and project management tools (e.g., Git and JIRA).
7. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
