Resumes are being accepted for the position of Full Stack Developer in the Information Technology department. Reporting to the Program Manager Digital Solutions, this role is focused on the building and maintenance of modern, scalable, secure websites and web applications that drives digital transformation.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable web applications using Microsoft .NET Core and integrate Microsoft Power Platform to automate business processes, build custom applications, and create data visualizations.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and Web Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Integrate web applications with third-party libraries, RESTful APIs, and identity authentication services.
  • Create collaborative solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) to support content management and organizational knowledge sharing.
  • Build and maintain secure Power Apps tailored to business needs.
  • Automate workflows using Power Automate, integrating with .NET and external APIs.
  • Develop interactive data and map visualizations using third-party libraries, SDKs, and web services.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and provide production support for digital applications, websites, and CMS platforms.
  • Ensure the performance, integrity, and reliability of web applications and digital services.
  • Maintain high code quality through performance optimization and adherence to development best practices.
  • Produce comprehensive documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Deliver user support and training for web content management systems.
  • Mentor technical teams to promote best practices and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage digital solution projects from planning through execution.
  • Perform other related duties as required.


Qualifications And Requirements

  • Completion of post-secondary education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Considerable experience as a Full Stack Developer building customer-facing websites and developing intranet applications.
  • Extensive experience developing secure web applications, consuming web APIs, implementing identity authentication, and creating data visualizations using
    • JavaScript frameworks
    • ASP.NET Core
    • Model-driven Power Apps
    • Power Automate
    • Power BI
    • WordPress or Drupal
  • Expertise in SharePoint Online, SPFx, GraphQL, REST APIs, Dataverse, and cloud object stores such as Amazon S3.
  • Proficient in CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
  • Skilled in HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, PHP, C#, and preferably Node.js.
  • Thorough understanding of authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, or OpenID Connect—preferably with Azure AD.
  • Competent in consuming structured, semi-structured, and geospatial data, including map visualizations using ArcGIS Maps SDK.
  • Knowledgeable in SharePoint Online security and general website security best practices.
  • Experience collaborating with teams using UX design, service design, design thinking, or human-centered design methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual, and consultative skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders including all levels of staff, leadership, consultants and the general public.
  • Skilled in producing clear and effective technical documentation.
  • Thorough understanding of compliance standards related to accessibility, privacy, security, and data handling.
  • Superior organizational, time management, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.

Hours of work

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 830 a.m and 430 p.m. This position is eligible for hybrid and flexible work arrangement options (as per current corporate policy).

Pay/Salary

Non-Union Grade 5 $83,938.40- $104,923.00
