Senior Application Configuration Analyst

Remote Full-Time

Lead the configuration, optimization, and support of enterprise SaaS and on-premise applications. You’ll translate business requirements into stable, secure system configurations across multiple client environments.

• 5+ years configuring enterprise applications (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Jira, or similar)
• Experience with ITIL processes and change management frameworks
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
• Familiarity with RBAC, SSO, and identity federation

Architect, migrate, and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Google Workspace, and hybrid environments. You’ll own uptime, capacity planning, and zero-downtime deployments for our clients.

• 3+ years with AWS (EC2, IAM, VPC, S3) or equivalent cloud platforms
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible)
• Strong Linux administration and networking fundamentals
• AWS or Google Cloud certification preferred

Build and maintain web applications across our portfolio — from Next.js frontends to Laravel backends. You’ll ship production code, manage databases, and collaborate directly with clients.

• 3+ years full-stack development with modern frameworks (Next.js, React, Laravel)
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Prisma or Eloquent ORM, and REST APIs
• Experience with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and responsive design
• Comfortable with Git workflows, CI/CD, and Linux server environments

Facilitate requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and business case development. You’ll bridge the gap between client operations and our technical delivery team.

• 3+ years in a business analysis or IT consulting role
• Experience writing business requirements documents and user stories
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent certification is an asset
