• Technical Leadership : Define and drive our architecture and tech strategy, ensuring robust, scalable systems
• Hands-On Coding : Actively code across the stack, perform code reviews, and set high development standards
• Project Oversight : Plan sprints, manage backlogs, and collaborate with CTO, Product Manager and Designer
• DevOps & Quality : Oversee CI / CD pipelines, cloud deployments (Azure and GCP), and maintain system reliability
• Innovation : Stay current with industry trends and continuously introduce improvements

Requirements

• Experience : 8+ years in software development
• Technical Expertise : Proven skills in large-scale system architecture; hands-on experience with Node.js, Python, Vue.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, Azure, and Kubernetes
• Agile Mindset : Comfortable working in a startup environment with rapid iteration and change
• Communication : Excellent at translating technical concepts for diverse audiences

• AEC Insight : Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction domain
• Advanced DevOps : Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and enhanced security practices
