Job summary

Executive Aviation in Sudbury (YSB) is seeking a Fuel Manager to lead a team of fuelers and oversee fuel testing, ordering, and safety at the fuel site. The successful candidate will report to the FBO Area Manager and drive daily operations with a focus on safety, compliance, and quality control.

We value leaders with aviation experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to audits and safety planning. DZ license and RAIC awareness are assets in this position.

Qualifications

• At least 1-year of airport, fueling, or airline experience is preferred.
• At least 1-year of leadership experience, coaching and motivating a team.
• DZ license or pursuit of license an asset.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment.
• Holder of valid RAIC card (Restricted Area Identification).
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of fuel acceptance and quality control is an asset.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all fuel equipment is operational and ready for use.
• Back up line crew throughout the day with their duties.
• Complete Monthly checks on mobile refuelers and tank farm.
• Review all employee training for Executive Aviation.
• Champion all fuel safety components; including safety checks on all equipment, leading all safety drills, and updating the emergency response plan.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs as required.
• Updating Executive Aviation Emergency Response Plan.
• Prepare for World Fuels audits and for Airline and IATA fuel audits.
• Other duties as required

Executive Aviation is looking for a Fuel Manager at our Sudbury (YSB) location. We’re looking for someone to lead a team of fuelers, ensure all the fuel testing, ordering, and safety for the fuel site is completed accurately, as well as manage the schedule and day-to-day responsibilities. We are looking for someone with a great attitude and a determination to succeed. This position will be reporting to the FBO Area Manager.

Responsibilities
