Responsibilities:
  • Operate fuel/lube trucks to safely service heavy equipment as required and directed.
  • Conduct pre-trip/walk-around safety inspections and completes daily Field Level Hazard Assessments.
  • Complete equipment inspections, report repairs required and assist in scheduling these repairs.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of service kits, lubes, oils, and other supplies.
  • Coordinate’s equipment service activities with production and maintenance team members.
  • Supports Mechanics with unplanned breakdowns and repairs of heavy equipment.
  • Complete maintenance records and documentation as required.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with other team members.
  • Be a leader of both safety and production for the team by ensuring compliance with all company, client, and legislated safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Must be able to repetitively lift up to 50lbs.
  • Previous Training and 2 years of work experience as a Fuel/Lube Technician is an asset.
  • Must be able to work up to 12 hours a day.
  • Must be able to workday or night shifts.
  • Required to work outside under all weather conditions and handle noise and vibrations.
  • Unrestricted Class 3 driver’s license.
  • Positive and safety-conscious attitude.
