Job summary

Executive Aviation in London, Ontario is seeking a Fuel Agent who thrives in a hands-on, customer-service oriented role. You will greet pilots, assist with fueling, and perform ground services for aircraft, all within a 24/7 operation.

We offer training, a competitive hourly wage in the $20.60–$23.00 range, health benefits for all staff, and flight benefits with the airlines we support. This position reports to the FBO Manager and requires flexibility and a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have valid provincial driver’s license with a clean abstract; DZ license is an asset.
• Willing to work all shifts (nights, weekends, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Aviation/mechanical experience preferred.
• Background in gasoline/fuel an asset.
• Must meet Transport Canada restrictions: pass and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet pilots and reply to customer emails with excellent service.
• Marshal aircraft on arrival.
• Fuel aircraft as requested following procedures.
• Provide ground services (GPU, Lav, Potable Water, Grooming).
• Manage fueling priorities for multiple aircraft.
• Operate fuel GSE and bulk refueling activities.
• Record gas tickets and perform safety checks.
• Respond to after-hours aircraft requests if needed.
• Move and reposition aircraft on ramp and in hangar.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all pilots, offer great customer service and reply to customer emails
• Marshal in aircraft upon arrival
• Fuel aircraft as requested adhering to WFS procedures
• Complete ground services for aircraft (GPU, Lav, Potable Water, Grooming)
• Manage fueling priorities
• Fuel GSE(i.e., Diesel Fuel for trucks)
• Bulk re-fuelers (i.e., Aviation fuel in truck tank)
• Handling of FSII
• Snow removal
• Monitor aviation fuel levels in the fuel trucks, tank farm and FSSI reservoir and drums.
• Safely drive fuel truck to larger aircraft
• Record gas tickets
• Complete quality and safety checks, check for damage and cleanliness
• Responding to incoming aircraft requests after hours if needed.
• Move aircraft in and out of the hangar
• Re-position aircraft on the ramp
• Other duties as assigned
