We are seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Key Holder to support the Store Leadership Team in ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
Join a fun, collaborative environment, building relationships with customers. Engage in creating fitting room experiences, wardrobing, and styling clients. Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive culture as a sales associate. The Keyholder role leverages prior selling and supervisory experience to perform sales duties, opening/closing functions, cash reconciliation, sales goal distribution, KPI reminders, store safety, customer issue resolution, support for new hires, operational tasks, and other leadership duties in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
